About the Journal

The journal and the University of Al-Qadisiyah operate under an institutional framework that strictly protects editorial independence. The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board maintain sole authority over editorial determinations, peer-review management, and publication acceptance.

The publishing institution provides digital infrastructure, server hosting, digital preservation, DOI indexing, and administrative support. The publisher does not interfere in editorial evaluations or peer-review outcomes under any circumstances.
